1-Year Limited Warranty – Parts and Labor – Unregistered Products

Unregistered tools purchased from Costco in the United States include a standard 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship from the purchase date.

Exclusions

Our warranties cover normal, intended operation. Coverage does not apply to regular wear and tear, battery degradation, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.

This warranty replaces all other warranties from Infinity X1, written or implied, including warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and warranty of merchantability, and excludes any liability for incidental or consequential damages.
