Every piece of gear is engineered to last, but registering your product locks in premium, long-term reliability. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our warranty only covers Infinity X1 items purchased in the United States and Canada. 

Purchased your product in the United States or Canada? Protect it for life! Register your product on our website within 30 days of purchase to activate your Limited Lifetime Parts and Labor Warranty.

Registration is not eligible for items purchased outside of the United States and Canada and from non-authorized retailers and third party resellers. 

Unregistered Infinity X1 products in the United States and Canada include a standard 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship, effective for 1-year from the purchase date.

If your Infinity X1 product has a manufacturing defect covered by our 1-Year Limited Warranty or our Limited Lifetime Warranty, we will either repair or replace it, at our option, with exact or similar product, without charge. 

To begin a warranty claim, please contact our support team to explain the issue that you are experiencing, and please be prepared to provide a photo or video of the issue. Rest assured, we keep the resolution process fast so that you aren't left in the dark!

Our warranty covers normal, intended operation. 

Our Warranty DOES NOT Cover:

-Damage to the exterior of the product deemed reasonable wear and tear, such as scratches and color fading.

-Damage caused by abnormal, forceful or unreasonable use of any product or its components. 

-Exposure to environmental elements beyond what the product is rated for [i.e. submersion in water that is not explicitly rated at IPX7 or IPX8; storage in high temperature environments not rated for operation].  

Batteries

-Infinity X1 rechargeable batteries are specifically designed to work with Infinity X1 products.  Use of other rechargeable batteries may cause damage to the product and voids any warranty.  

-All products that have the capabilities to run dry cell alkaline batteries such as AA or AAA batteries have been designed to operate at 1.5 volts. Batteries that have modified voltage that boost the voltage above 1.5 volts may cause overheating and damage to the products and voids any warranty.  

-Always use the charging cord supplied by Infinity X1. Battery damage incurred while using other charging cords voids any warranty. 

-Batteries purchased with products or purchased standalone are only covered under warranty for one year from the date of purchase. 

This warranty replaces all other warranties from Infinity X1, written or implied, including warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and warranty of merchantability, and excludes any liability for incidental or consequential damages.
