If you are purchasing Infinity X1 products through Amazon or another third party reseller, please note that these are not authorized retail partners and your product is not eligible for our limited lifetime warranty per the terms of our warranty agreement.

Registering your product ensures that you will be contacted in the event that we need to share product safety information with customers. Additionally, if you ever need any type of support or need to take advantage of your limited lifetime warranty, having your information in the system will eliminate back and forth communications and will expedite the process to get to resolution!

All Infinity X1 products are built with a rechargeable core—giving you the flexibility to use rechargeable power or use AC power or dry cell batteries as a back-up option when rechargeable power is not available.  

Infinity X1 power management technology allows you to use the right power based on your constantly changing requirements. This innovative technology allows you to have all the benefits of rechargeable power while keeping the flexibility that AC power or dry cell batteries can provide. Managing the different power options within an individual product may require swapping out different battery cartridges or it may already be built into the core product. Regardless of the specific product design, this smart hybrid power system is enabled by our patented software and hardware technologies.
